Programme Delivery

All our programmes are customised to meet the purpose and context of delivery.

Ideal for on-site corporate training, the programme introduces and provides a brief overview of personal improvement and habit change.

The half-day programmes (4 hours including breaks) cover various segments including simple steps to habit change and a Q&A session.

The two-day programmes (15 hours including breaks) are comprehensive and allow us to cover all key aspects of the Self Care and Self Leadership programmes.
